What are the cost for Sports Express attendees (CVB, DMO, Supplier, Etc.)?
Attendees pay one flat fee that includes registration, accommodations (4 nights), all event meals, 20+ appointments, airport & event transportation, event receptions & activities. Cost for the Primary Company attendee is $3,750 for the 4 night program. Secondary Company attendee (staff from the same Company) may also attend and receive the same inclusions (except their own appointments – only one set of appointments per Company). The costs for Secondary Company attendee is $2,750 for the 4 night program.

Are vendors welcome?
Yes, vendors (including major hotels, airlines, transportation companies, national restaurant chains, etc.) are encouraged and welcome. As attendee’s you will follow the same agenda & event inclusions at the same noted program costs. To make your reservations, please click here.
Can I bring a guest?
Any attendee can bring a guest. Guest costs are $1,500 for the 4 night program. Guest registrations includes hotel (staying with either primary or secondary attendee in same room), all noted meals and most activities with attendees. To make your reservations, please click here.
Are there additional hotel options?
There are no additional hotel options. All attendee program registration fees include accommodations at the South Seas Island Resort in a one bedroom suite that includes a full kitchen and living area. Visit www.Southseas.com for information on this beautiful beach resort.
Will ground transportation be provided?
All attendee program registration fees include round trip airport/hotel/airport shuttle service if arriving/departing within the stated hours of operation. Additionally, transportation to the off-site community service project in Sanibel Island is also included.
Can I extend my stay?
Yes, if you let us know upon registration that you would like to either come in early or stay after the event, we can based on availability, add additional nights at our discounted rate.
Do I book my own flight?
CVB, Suppliers and vendors yes you are responsible for making your own flight arrangements as this is not part of the program package. Once you have booked your flight, please send a copy of your flight itinerary so we can included you in the complimentary ground transfers. In order to receive complimentary ground transfers your flight must be within the event dates and all flight arrivals and departures must be out of Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW).
Please note: Event Right Holders, please complete a W-9 information for reimbursement post event along with a confirmation of your booked flight through Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW). By submitting the form, you are committed to attend all mandatory events (Monday night – Friday morning). There is a reimbursable round trip flight allowance of up to $500 per flight, or if driving, $0.56 in reimbursable mileage. Registrants must attend the event to be reimbursed. If you are unable to make your own personal flight arrangements, please let us know and a flight can be arranged for you. Please note any flight costs above and beyond the allowable $500 RT cost will be charged to the credit card provided.
What is the Community Service Project?
Attendees will travel by bus to the Clinic for the Rehabilitation of Wildlife (CROW) located in Sanibel Island. Although there are no specific tasks laid out yet, our group will assist in creating a better living environment for the rehabilitating animals. This will be an outdoor activity.
