Are vendors welcome?
Yes, vendors will follow the same agenda and offer the same benefits as other attendees. Vendors will be required to stay in the same hotel, and will be able to attend a special happy hour reception with only vendors and rights holders.

I’m a supplier. Which hotel should I stay at?
All registered attendees must stay at the Wyndham Anaheim Garden Grove. To make your reservations, please click here or visit the Travel page for more details.

Will ground transportation be provided?
Airport Shuttle Service is only included for Gold and Silver level Sponsors. As an attendee, your transportation is not included in your registration/hotel accommodations. Sports Express has provided discounted shuttle service from either LAX or SNA International Airport to the Wyndham Resort, and discounted rental car options. If I’m attending as a hosted planner, when will you book my flight and hotel room?
We will call you approximately four to six weeks prior to the conference to book your flight, and we will pay for a round-trip ticket from your departure destination of choice. We can’t guarantee you will be on the airline you want, but we will do our best to accommodate your preferences. We also will send an email confirmation from the host hotel for a secured room about two weeks prior to the event. It might show a room rate, but attending as a planner, you will not be responsible for this charge. However, you will be asked to put down a credit card for incidentals when you check into your hotel. Incidentals are not covered

I am a planner who is driving to the conference. Will I be reimbursed for my travel?
All planners/rights holders will be reimbursed after assuring they have attended all required functions by the conclusion of the conference.
